Plan, conduct and report the DS-01 in-service test
You are the Test and Evaluation Officer in Simulator and Technical Maintenance.
What has happened
Driver simulator DS-01 has received a terrain database update that changes the training area models used for driver training. The customer requires a test and evaluation report before the simulator returns to training, and the report is a paid deliverable in the Contract Deliverables Tracker due on 16 October. The modification work order is in progress. Fiona Kaczmarek wants a test plan approved by the customer before testing starts, then structured test runs covering each terrain area and vehicle type, data captured against acceptance criteria, analysis of the results and a formal report in the contract format. Any defect found must be raised as a work order and reported honestly.

Evidence guide
The test plan must set measurable acceptance criteria before testing starts and the report must show results against those criteria, not criteria written afterwards. Deviations must be recorded with reasons, the defect must be raised as a work order and reported rather than omitted, and the recommendation on return to training must follow from the evidence.
